Update

Just so you all know:
(this is all in Utah time)
yesterday a.m. Sylves got a call
yesterday p.m. he picked up his visa
early early today a.m. plane ticket was acquired
today p.m. the reception deal-io was decided on
Then we had my bridal shower
and I will have my groom next Friday, the 2nd.
Labor Day weekend will be fun and exciting,
the next Saturday, 9-10-11, a.m., wedding!!!!
and early p.m. reception at the JSMB on Temple Square.

P.S. that was the most awful 3 weeks of my life. Thanks, government. I'm okay now, I think, but I'm not going to completely drop the issue because I hope for less people to have to suffer like that in the future. I really hope we can work something out. Really.
